Hello, everyone. Welcome to headlit.com. My name is William M. Head and I am a writer living in Pompton Lakes, NJ. I've self-published one volume of poetry entitled "The Music Of Silence" and I'll be coming out with a second volume shortly called "Flowers Of Wisdom." Both shall be available for purchase and I will post samples from each for review. I'm also working on a novel of historical fiction dealing with the events surrounding the Norman Conquest of England in 1066 entitled "The Road To Battle." I'll be posting chapters of this book here, and I welcome reader feedback on them and everything else appearing upon this site. If anyone visiting this site could offer me advice about self-publishing and/or acquiring an agent without prior publishing credits it would be appreciated. I will also be writing essays upon various topics that'll be posted on this blog, entitled "Verity's Vein." I hope you enjoy them. I'll be offering an on-line tutorial/research service for those students who have difficulty in the subject of history and for those visitors living near Pompton Lakes, I'll be available for local tutoring/research projects. For advanced research projects a reasonable rate will be charged. I'll also offer advice on writing for anyone who asks.
